Orientation Meeting Details
Thursday, April 4th
5:30 PM to 7:00 PM
Location:
- In-Person: 20 S Limestone St Ste 100 Springfield
- Virtual: Zoom
- During this orientation, we will discuss important details about the trip, including the itinerary, travel arrangements, accommodations, and any necessary preparations. Additionally, it will be an excellent opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have and to meet your fellow travelers.
Please RSVP by April 3, 2024 to confirm your attendance and let us know if you will be joining us in person or via Zoom.
