Registration for an Expo Booth (which includes 2 seats for the Annual Meeting) is priced as follows: $500 for a Single Booth.

Registration for the Annual Meeting is priced as follows: $85 Single Ticket, $750 for a reserved Table of (10). Please provide attendee names with your registration. Seating is limited. Your registration includes a Plated Duet Dinner, 1 drink ticket and wine will be provided on the tables.
