Jim has led organizations for over 20 years from his time at IBM Corporation, Cisco Systems, Dale Carnegie and recently as Executive Director and Dean of Corporate Training at Clark State. In 2012 Jim started Franks Research Group, LLC which has been the perfect outlet for his passion.
